Bill Williams

Bill has been a Councillor in Rotherhithe since 2014 and has been Chair of the Bermondsey & Rotherhithe Community Council for the last 4 years. He has also been a School Governor and is currently a member of the Council of Governor’s for Guy’s & St. Thomas’ NHS Trust, which has dovetailed with his work over the last four years on the Council’s Healthy Communities Scrutiny Committee and the Joint Health Scrutiny Committee that crosses the six boroughs that serve South East London. He has worked tirelessly with the Ward’s TRAs and Community Groups ensuring they are consulted on various initiatives such as the Canada Water Regeneration and the Council’s Council Building Programme. Bill is passionate about Bill currently works for a central London Homeless Organisation where he is the manager of their Employment, Training & Education Services.

 
Kath Whittam
 
Kath has been a Cllr in Rotherhithe since 2014 and was the deputy Mayor in 2015/16 and Mayor in 2016/17.  She is a school governor, a trustee of local charities and vice chair of Bermondsey and Rotherhithe Community council.  She has served on Planning and licencing sub-committees and on the Corporate Parenting and Education and Children’s services scrutiny subcommittees.  She was a teacher for many years before working in the 3rd sector including at Surrey Docks farm. Kath has 2 children who are in Southwark Schools. 


 
Stephanie Cryan

Stephanie has been a councillor in Rotherhithe since 2014 and is Deputy Leader of the Council and Cabinet Member for Housing. She is a school  governor at a local primary school. Her two sons go to school in Southwark. She grew up at the Elephant and Castle but has lived in Rotherhithe for 22 years. Her grandfather was a stevedore working at the Surrey Commercial Docks and she has strong ties to the local area.
