Mark has been a councillor in Camberwell in Brunswick Park ward since 2011. He has campaigned with local residents to improve the 343 bus route and get the 136 bus route extended through Camberwell, and to secure investment in Camberwell’s green spaces and playgrounds. Mark is Cabinet Member for Regeneration and New Homes and leads on Southwark Labour’s council home build programme.

Elected in 2014, Radha served as the UK's first Deputy Cabinet Member for Women's Safety in her first year, working closely with licensed premises and other stakeholders to launch the country's first Women's Safety Charter. Afterwards, Radha was selected as Southwark's Deputy Cabinet Member for Digital Strategy and delivered a digital strategy for Southwark in 2016. Radha is passionate about policy development, particularly from a women's equality perspective. She is well-known in Camberwell and at Southwark community events, and her children attend a local school. She is a trustee of the South London Gallery and the Lettsom Gardens Association.
