Gavin lives Peckham Rye ward and has been a councillor since 2010. His hard work has changed council policy on housing repairs and domestic violence support services. As a local parent, he has campaigned for a new One O’Clock Club. He works for a trade union on issues such as the Living Wage and is he Chair of the council's Overview and Scrutiny Committee.

Renata lives on Linden Grove and has been a community activist for over a decade. She is a mother of three and the Council’s Champion for Families. She is helping parents secure school places locally and is delighted to be involved in the Ivydale School expansion. She has campaigned on transport and environmental matters.

She is proud to have played her part in saving Honor Oak Rec and getting food recycling introduced across Southwark. She is a School Governor at Newlands School on Stuart Road.
